I cannot see any opition for the 3d Bios version f18 rev1.1
in fact it was like that from the start on f 16
I am having the same issue , I just got the X-79-UD3 and a i7 4820-K processor using a Nvidia GTX 660ti GFX card.
Have been fooling around with the BIOS but I do not have the 3D option of the BIOS controls which are a lot more helpful than the standard BIOS which was one of the reasons I bought this board because I am not a well seasoned Over clockerist
The 3D BIOS option makes things a lot easier to understand as from what I understand you can roll over each item with the mouse and then make adjustments
EDITED TO ADD: My board came with the Rev 1.1 as well , there was no need to update the BIOS
