crash ep41t-ud3l

my mainboard is ep41t-ud3l 
when large files transfers between input/output divices e.g usb mass storage & dvd even lan interface my system crashes
I reinstalled win 7 & 8 for severall
I replaced ram  hard graphic frequencelly
yet my system craches and I must reboot it
this problem occurs in transfer large files
please help me

What are some of the spec on your computer? CPU, Memory how much & PSU?

Memory is 2G- cpu 2 core pemtium 5500- psu green 320m

The only thing I can say is add some memory. You might not have enough to do what you want. What board and how memory much will it support.

What OS are you running 32bit or 64bit. Plus check you page memory. The rule of thumb is 1-1/2 times your system memory.

So if you have 2-gb your page memory should set 3000-mb. You can set yourself to what you want. Don't let windows do it.

I would set it at 3000 / 6000 and give that a try. This could help but I would still add more system memory.
