F2A88XN - WIFI w/ A10 7850k is it running hot?

I have a SFF case with Cooler Master Seidon 120mm cooler and a discrete GPU (270x)

im getting a BIOS CPU temperature reading of 74C after playing BF4 on high settings for extended times (+2 hours)..  The graphics card appears to be running cool.. I would also add that after quitting the game.. the CPU temp goes down to 45-50c within 10min

So far.. my system has not shut down or given me any issues but im worried about long term effects..2 questions..

1- Is this normal/ok
2- Will I fry the GPU and motherboard?
3- Will dialing back the graphics to lower settings (medium) lower the CPU temp?

is it normal - no
is it ok - personally i'd say it's borderline but it's certainly something you need to look into.

if this is the idle temp then it's way too high for a liquid cooler

Make sure the cooler is properly seated and installed.

Check the surface of the APU heatsink (metal stuff on the APU) and the one of the cooler ,make sure they are plane.
Make sure the proper amount of thermal paste is used.Try applying cheap Arctic Ceramique if you are using the cooler factory default now.
The APU should run just fine with an air based TDP 125W  compatible cooler ,even with the noisy included one.

The APU takes 75 Celsius ,but you should try and get a maximum 65 Celsius in load.
