GA-B85M-HDR onboard graphics 2560×1440

Is it possibe to connect an 2560×1440 monitor (without HDVI) to this board without HDMI? It has no display port or dual link DVI-D. Only HDMI 1.4 port, but the DELL Ultrasharp U2713HM has no HDMI port which support this resolution ?

HDMI only supports 1920 x 1080. You need to connect with VGA or DVI.

HDMI only supports 1920 x 1080. You need to connect with VGA or DVI.

In the manual is written that the HDMI back panel connector can be used to connect a HDMI-supported monitor. The maximum supported resolution is 4096 x 2160, but the actual resolution supported are dependent on the monitor being used.

And the DELL ultrasharp does not support HDMI with this resolution... Maybe I will go for the smaller Dell monitor (1080 x 1200)...
