GA-990FXA-UD3 2X8GB 1866MhZ G.skill Sniper Series, AMD FX-4300. Config?

Chipset :   ATI RD9x0
Processor :   AMD FX 43000 @ 3800   MHz  (max : 4020)
Physical Memory :   16384  MB G.skill sniper 1866mhZ.
Video Card :   NVIDIA GeForce GT 640
Hard Disk :   Hitachi HDS721010CLA330 SATA Disk Device (1000GB)


.- I bought this two RAM, 2x8GB g.skill 1866mhZ, and i ran it in dual mode.
But i must admit i have a few issues.


- I cant figure out. What the problem is.
  I have been trying all options to get it to work.
Used profile 1+2 and reset the board via the jumper, and took out the batteri also at another try...
But nothing help. :/
I tryed run the ram with 1600 mhz. It does just give me an error, and ask me to restartl, and boot from default.?

Even the mouse wich is USB, got problems and freezing :/ I got no idea what to do anymore.

I used several tools to clean for virus. :/ nothing shows anything.
'And no malware either.
And used ccleaner also so it cant be the windows can it?
If i want to reset services in the com? How do i do that then?
To see if that helps? Im lost. And really need help.

- Is there a special timings that i can use without hurting the pc.
I mean it should not get really high hot. I dont want that.
I dont want to break the parts. :/

Are you complaining that the RAM s not working at 1866 Mhz or that you have system instability?!

Yeah, alright.. But that was what i tryed to do..
But i try one more time then..


- Before this RAM, i had 1333mhZ, from kingston valueram.
Did not work, was freezing all the time. Mouse acting up. slow connection.

 I did not get the motherboard to work, as i want it too
Withouot freezing. :/ I play Sims 3. But i cant now, cus of that.
It freeze, and then i have to restart pc. And that continues.


- I see as default. it set my ram option to 1333mhz. still freezes
I tryed using easytune. with the timings they got in there.
But im not that good with the timings. The first i have a new mother board, for like 7 years
So im kinda sad, it dont work. I worked my but of to even get the budget to get motherboard, cpu and ram.

- What im asking is, what timings would work with AMD fx-4300, to get most stability?

I have a system that is not stable.
Ive read alot of info for the new ram.
And i know it takes some knowledge to get them running at 1866. 
All i ask, is if anybody got an idea to what i can do to make it more usefull, with the system i got.

The Sniper RAM is stated to use 9-10-9-28 at 1,5 Volts.

I would tell you to first test each stick by itself and see if they are healthy

So set the voltage for the RAM at 1,6 Volts in BIOS first and set manually this timings .You should also make sure the Command Rate is set at 2 T and not 1T which may be the case on Auto (this 1T setting  happens on many AMD boards lately by default)

Then use latest Memtest and run it for several hours per each stick of RAM alone in any of the DIMM slots.I would say 25 runs would be ok.
If they both show as good separately  run Memtest on both sticks installed.

For 1600Mhz good stable timings are 9-9-9-27-36 and Command Rate 2T  at 1,6 Voltage.Recommended voltages used are between 1,500V and 1,650V.

Freezes may occur due to the hard drive or SATA controllers ,so if Memtest shows no problems try with another hard drive as well and see how it goes.

Disable Advanced Power Management for CPU in BIOS also
