Z87-D3HP Very slow boot with F6 BIOS update, solved with F2 BIOS downgrade

Hi
I wanna share my experience with F6 bios

After the F2 to F6 bios update I noticed a VERY slow Windows 8.1 boot, some monitor flashing before entering windows and a very slow loading of startup utils, and some freeze on mouse

after some tries the only way I solved the situation was a downgrade to my saved bios F2

dunno if is a known problem, hope in some fix

Cya

When you flash the bios do you shut it down. Then clear the cmos and pull the battery?
