Hi I have a weird issue that is really starting to baffle me.
I got the above motherboard, and it would intermittently have an issue where the on button on the motherboard flashes and when it does I cannot power the machine on.
I have tried resetting the CMOS battery and the jumper. When i try to reset the CMOS, the light stops flashing, but the moment I take out the jumper, it goes back to normal flashing.
What could be causing this?
