I have just bought a kit containing GA-B85M-D3V revision 1.1 motherboard + Intel G3258. The CPU is unlocked and in BIOS I can raise the multiplier, however after I reboot the overclock settings are retained in BIOS, but the CPU is at default frequency. I'm at the latest BIOS version F4 and this seems to be a bug. Another bug would be that the CPU defaults to crazy voltages, from 1.035 to 1.225 and therefore it overheats.
Already opened a support ticket, and they said overclocking on this motherboard depends on peripherals

Do you know if I can download a BETA or modified bios from somewhere, specific for my motherboard revision?
