Does your keyboard and mouse light up? Sounds like bent pins. Do you have any USB devices plugged in at start up?

qwerty:
Mouse & Keyboard light up (the three num/cap/scroll lights stay solid) until power cuts.

I tried unplugging everything to isolate, i'll reseat everything & test each RAM module individually this evening.

At the moment I have 1 USB 3.0 External CD/DVD plugged in to the front port (w/ a Win7 DVD inside). Upon turning the PC on you can hear the disk spin & the LED activity light flashes (it has power) but no OSD.

Download latest BIOS F9c and place on USB stick and flash with QFlash Plus.
How to flash:

Keep minimum hardware connected to board (even with 1 stick of RAM).
If bootloop again,try to Clear_CMOS.

wobble64:
Probably a stupid question: Did you remember to plug in the 8-Pin power supply for the CPU?
