new built no display with long loop beeping sound

i'm trying to boot this pc i just built, but it shows no display and sounds long beeping alarm. does anyone know whats wrong with it? please help me, thanks!

Try reseatting your graphics card, also is your power supply strong enough?

using 750w psu and tried with my old vga card which i know it works but still same beeping code. thanks

Beep codes
1 short: System boots successfully
2 short: CMOS setting error
1 long, 1 short: Memory or motherboard error
1 long, 2 short: Monitor or graphics card error
1 long, 3 short: Keyboard error
1 long, 9 short: BIOS ROM error
Continuous long beeps: Graphics card not inserted properly
Continuous short beeps: Power error

thanks for the help guys. after hrs of testing and alot of swap in and out i finally found what the problem was. it happened to be the motherboard, the first set(blues one close to cpu) of tri-channel DIMM slots are no good. now im gonna have to request a RMA. sigh but atleast i know which one to return for replacement, cos all of these parts are new purchases. ok take care guys.
