is GigaByte preparing to release a new BIOS for GV-R928XOC-3GD (rev. 2.0) ?

why I ask? because I saw this: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4991#bios
it's basically the same card, but with slightly lower clock speeds
this BIOS update is one week old, this would be a god-send for the  GV-R928XOC-3GD

I'm having stability issues with my GV-R928XOC-3GD (rev. 2.0), in my testing I discovered that lowering GPU clock speed by 20Mhz makes the card stable
