GA-Z87X-UD5H - Choosing display output during boot up

Hello,
While booting up my motherboard
(using BIOS ver. F9)
chooses to boot through my 2nd monitor and would prefer it displays on my main monitor as I dual boot. The graphics card I have is a
Palit GeForce GTX 750 Ti StormX OC (2048MB GDDR5)
.
The main monitor is connected to the mini HDMI while my 2nd monitor is connected to the DVI. If I swap the 2nd monitor to the VGA it still chooses it as the primary monitor. If I completely disconnect the 2nd monitor the main monitor will display the boot. If I try putting the main monitor on the DVI and the 2nd monitor on VGA the 2nd monitor will display during boot up. My 2nd monitor doesn't have a HDMI input.
i'm wondering if there is a setting i'm missing in the bios to select which display to output during boot up?

No
What is happening is that the way it works is that it will always see the VGA 1st, DVI 2nd, and HDMI 3rd.
Does 2nd monitor have a DVI connection? If it does you can get a DVI to HDMI adapter or a cable.
