How to power Gigabyte H87TN mini-itx

Hello, I recently purchased the mini-itx board from gigabyte, the H87TN
There is no one place in the manual where the DC input voltage is indicated ! How the hell is this possible due to the importance of the volts !!
Then on the Canadian website; as the spanish does not mention voltage for power, so here: http://ca.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4754#ov I found "GIGABYTE Thin Mini-ITX motherboards offer a broad voltage range of 12v to 19v"

So, I go to a electronic shop and purchase a 12V, 15, 16, 18, 19V selectable adaptor with the connector found as DC input on the motherboard. The connector is a very rare one.

Now I connected the adaptor with 12V to the mobo and also a switch to the power pins (6 and 8 as indicated on manual). Nothing starts, nothings power's on.

Whats happen ?
Can anyone help me, how can I start the mobo, can i place some jumper in some of the pin power or reset header ? (rare but reset only have 1 pin so im unable to use a jumper for reset alone as jumper goes for 2 pins.

GIGABYTE recommends 180W power adapters for processors above 84W TDP. Processors with a TDP lower than 84W, may use 150W power adapters.

Power supply 90W and the CPU is only 35W is the intel 4590T
What I read so far is that as it a haswell refresh it may be necessary to update the bios, so what the hell Do i need to get a old CPU to be able to update ??
It is normal that once powered (apart the cpu is valid or not), no one movement on the mobo, I mean, the fan doesnt move and no sign of flow ??
Is it normal no power if the mobo has this CPU (4950T) ?

I need the order of 100-500 of this mobos for a project.
A part of the reply for the above, Do you know when the H97TN will be released as I didn tfound any shop selling that mobo that uses actual 97 chipset ??

I were in a local street computer shop. They try with 4770 and G3220 haswell (non refresh) cpus but still dont start, the mobo does not get power.
So PLEASE FOR ALL THE USER WITH THAT MOBO, AS I SPENT 1 WEEK GO AND RETURN 3 times 3 ways, WHAT IS THE POWER SUPPLY THAT OFFICIALLY WORKS WITH THAT COMPUTER, DO NOT POST WITHOUT KNOWLEDGEMENT.

SO, HOW CAN ANY USER SUPPLY POWER TO THIS MOBO ? WHAT ARE POWER ADAPTERS COMPATIBLE WITH THIS MOBO USING A CPU EQUAL OR LOWER THAN 84W TDP ?

Why no one reply, why no official reply ?
I need a reply of someone, preferably a moderator or a official member, that say than N model works, and that has been tested to work with Gigabyte GA-H87TN

So, this is the support from gigabyte ?, a brand that uses a NON-STANDARD connector for power the thin mini-itx boards, and dont publish what adapters (model/brand) may work with the mobo.
Very very frustrated, and too much time spent, at this time for nothing with gigabyte motherboard
