"PARITY ERROR " when first power on

"PARITY ERROR " when first power on

I have just installed a F2A78M-D3H motherboard with 8Gb of 1866 memory. When I power it on and before I can press DEL the screen says "PARITY ERROR".

Is this a memory problem or a problem on the motherboard?
