Hi there,

can you get the system to POST/BOOT without the GTX 760 installed?

What BIOS version are you using?

OK, I would remove the CMOS battery and leave it out for at least 5 minutes.
Make sure that you have also disconnected the main power from the PC.
Before putting the CMOS battery back onto the motherboard and with the power lead still disconnected, press the on switch on the PC case a couple of times. This will help clear any electrical power still being held by the capacitors and other items on the motherboard. Hopefully this will reset CMOS and give you a clean base to start from.

Remove the GTX 760 and any USB devices that are connected, except for the mouse and keyboard.
Connect the monitor directly to the  motherboard.
Remove all but one stick of RAM.
Disconnect the Hard drives, DVD/CD drives and any other SATA devices.
Replace CMOS battery
Reconnect Power lead and see if you can now get PC to startup and allow you to get into BIOS.
Remember, when all else fails a cup of tea and a good swear will often help! It won't solve the problem but it will make you feel better.

Well, that makes things difficult.

The next thing to try would be to get the back-up BIOS to kick in. This can take several attempts so don't give up to quickly if it doesn't work the first few tries. Timing is important and it can sometimes feel like it isn't going to work at all.

1. Shut your PC down. Remove the power cord press the power on button on the PC case a couple of times.
2. Reconnect the Power cord then press the power button on the PC case until the PC starts. As soon as the PC starts pull the power lead or turn off the power so that the PC shuts down.
3. Re connect the Power and press the power button again, your backup BIOS should kick in now and should re-flash the main BIOS.
4. When the Backup BIOS has finished copying to the main BIOS chip, shutdown the PC, wait 30 seconds the restart. Hopefully, you should now be able to get into the BIOS.

Last time when that happend to me I was  able to access Windows 8.1 with gpu( was  frozen for around 4 minz and it made 4 beeps and then Windows loaded) Now I installed Windows 10 build 9926(like 2 weeks ago) and it is GPT format so I dont know IF default boot is uefi and legacy or legacy, uefi only. That Also may be the reason I get black screen after bios screen (with gpu),and not Windows. Before  this issue accured there was an error that prevented Windows from loading completly I dont really remember what did it said... After that Windows error message, I could enter bios, after few  hours, when I booted that happend. So there is a bit more info about that...
