So, I have a z97mx gaming 5, windows 8.1 installed, was working fine. A dodgy psu bust the mb and had it replaced by Gigabyte.
Upon installing the new board, I have a bizarre problem with USB keyboard, and mouse, which probably extends to other usb issues
- boots to bios - usb keyboard/mouse works fine
- continue to windows - stops working completely - no m/k
- boot to windows install dvd - stops working completley
strangely, if i install ps2 keyboard and mouse, then boot, the usb will work when added.
Im totally baffled.
another dodgy motherboard?
