With AMD just announcing the release of the Kaveri refresh APUs known as Godavari, was wondering if there will be a new BIOS revision for the current FM2+ motherboards to help support these new APUs?
I am considering a new custom build and hoping to use the GA-F2A88XN-WIFI in the new build with an A10 7870K which is the replacement for the 7850K Kaveri APU and not sure if the board would support the feature set that Godavari has on offer. I am aware that these are similar in spec etc, although they have new steppings and will support Windows 10 when released as well as DirectX , so I wish to use this configuration rather than buying the 7850K with the same board etc.
