thermald.exe caussing blue screen of death

I recentlly bought GA-X99-UD7 WIFI (rev. 1.0) using Bios F8

my setup is

Gigabyte GA-X99-UD7 WIFI, Socket 2011-3
Crucial DDR4 Ballistix 2400MHz 16GB
Intel Core i7-5930K, Socket-LGA2011-3
2 XFX-Radeon-HD-5970 AMD working in  crossfire
Window x64 Utimate edition
Corsair SSD  Disk
Cr

After all was setup i got this random Blue screen of Death 


I decided to debug crashdump and it seemd to be the thermald.exe that are making the hardware to fail.

Can this be the fan control making this crash?

crash triggers at adresss 0xfffffa800f54d028

So im hope there are some devs around to help me figure out this problem

after i removed SIV there haven't been any crashes.Hope they can update either BIOS or app, so it dosent causes the error.
