G1 Sniper Z97 issues??
« on: June 09, 2015, 03:39:26 pm »
Hello. Just got this board but have read multible threads about this board having problems with bios
and onboard graphics. Any of you got this board and have had issues with it? I owned two Gigabyte boards
and have never had problems. Should i make a refund and buy another brand?

No I don't have the board but that doesn't mean you are going to have problems. Because somebody else does doesn't mean you will. I have a Ga-x99-UD4 board and you can read many threads on that board.

That people are having a lot of problems. I'm not have any of those problems the board has been great from day one. All you can do is try it and see what happens.

Hey. Ok thank you for your response. I have my G1 Sniper up and running and all seems fine except for too high temps
on my 4790K cpu. I'm on 50-55 C idle and it's way to high. And this is after the i updated to the latest bios F7.
I've read some threads that this board have these issue with high temps so what do you think i could do to get lower temps? I have the Coolermaster 212 Evo on my cpu.
