Buying the wrong memory can be a problem, as can not knowing how to set memory clock speed and DRAM voltages and timings.
Perhaps you can identify your specific HyperX Fury memory product. "each 8gb*2=16 gb" does not tell me much of anything.
Try identifying the part number.

Since the CPU contains the memory controller, it would help if you could identify that too.
