There are various methods for forcing the secondary BIOS to kick in. Just search for the steps.
Have you tried tapping the <End> key during system start. Depending on your BIOS rev, this might take you into QFlash.
I think you will have more luck however, trying to get the second BIOS to kick in considering the 'loop" situation you are currently in.
