So any news about this.?
Gigabyte answered me with [
i]* Advertised performance is based on maximum theoretical interface values from respective Chipset vendors or organization who defined the interface specification. Actual performance may vary by system configuration.[/i] which is what they state in their page down below.
But they failed to explain how a configuration of 2 different pc that tested the card can not be enough. One of the computers is the one at the local store where i returned the card,so i don't know the specs of that one. They just confirmed that the card was not running okay to them either.
The other one is my own H97,i7 4790,16Gb DDR3 1600,2xSamsung EVO 850 250GB,Corsair h100i,NZXT s340,CoolerMaster 650 80+ ..pc tested and running a 280X vapor X and a 390 Gaming msi at their max.I even got the 280x to run from 1100/1500 to 1200/1650 stable.
Yet the Gigabyte insists that those configurations are not enough..This is a joke..Tried every possible version of Guru and Catalyst, updated bios, even tried a clear install o windows on my second drive and the card throttles after 55C..!!!!!!
Really disappointed by this card.I know other run it at 1100 stable and the one i got can't even hold 990.
i will now post some links of many others having same problem, that gigabyte refuses to see
