Z77M-D3H dual channel problem

I bought a kit of Corsair 8GB (2x4)RAM model: CMZ8GX3M2A1866C9B but the system only starts with the sticks in slots 1 and 2, when I install in slots 1 and 3 to use dual channel the system does not boot. The same with 2 and 4 slots.

anyone could help me?

What CPU are you running because most CPU of that age run 1600 without OC. What memory were you running?

It is a i5 2500k

The reason you are having a problem is that CPU will only support DDR3 1066/1333 at stock speeds. If you OC the CPU a little you might be able to get them to or you might not.

This what the board will support for DDR3 2800(OC)/1600/1333/1066 MHz memory modules. You are running a sandy bridge CPU. If you put in a Ivory Bridge you might have better chance on getting them to work. The Ivory bridge will support 1600.

If you can return them I would get 1600 or 1333 speed memory. Where you running that CPU I would get 1333.

there is a way to slow down the memories to work with this processor? or how can I increase the speed of processor to work this this memory? I can't return the memory ...

You trying to set the memory to the speed 1866. Just set it to the default setting and see what happens. Let the board try and set it.
