When I power my PC on, then all the fans and the light on the Motherboard turn on for around a second, then it shuts off and retries all this after a while, I heard that it might need a BIOS update (needs F7, but I don't know the actual version of the BIOS, MB Revision is 1.1). This happens when I press the power switch once:
