Z170XP-SLI Hardware raid

Hi all,

i bought a new PC last week and now I have a question about my Mobo.

I'm using two SSD's and a HDD at the moment, but i want the two SSD's in raid 0 for the performance and the little bit of added space since they're only 60 gigs each.

I've been in the uefi at least a couple dozen times now but i cannot find how it's done... here's some added info:

  • I can find the sata configuration and the setting that turns on raid
  • I don't know where to carry on frm that, as i don't see the CTRL+i option that i heard should be there
  • I'm using a Z170XP-SLI with the factory BIOS/UEFI

Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance.

Bryan

Look in the book and go to pages 33 & 38. Page 33 will set the controller Raid. Page 38 will tell how to do using UEFI.
