If it has a place in bios to save profile then save it. replace battery then load that profile. If it doesn't have that then if you do it really fast you probably wont lose settings but if you do just go thru bios before replacing it and write down settings you have changed then go back into bios and change those settings.
A lot of time by removing battery you reset bios and that is why a lot of manufactures make a place in bios to save profiles
