First time using Marvell and Jmicron controller. I want to set up a raid 0 array using either the Marvell controller or the Jmicron controller to install operating system on and keep Intel sata ports free for storage. Is Marvell better than Jmicron or vise versa ?? When installing windows 7, 8 or 10 do i need to install any additional drivers before installing operating system on raid 0 array ?? And when doing this does it affect my Intel sata controllers ( do they have to be set to raid as well or can i leave then ACHI ) ??
