GA-J1900N-D3V Wifi Problems
« on: December 12, 2015, 03:03:43 pm »
Hey,

I bought a GA-J1900N-D3V motherboard and a separate Mini-PCIE wifi controller "Intel Wireless-N 7260 WiFi & Bluetooth".

The Wifi controller is still not visible in the system itself. Should there be something turned on in the BIOS, or can you see in the BIOS if the controller is recognized? I can't find anything to give me direction what the problem is.

Thanks for the effort.

You might have to set this to Legacy.

Other PCI devices
Allows you to select whether to enable the UEFI or Legacy option ROM for the PCI device controller other
than the LAN, storage device, and graphics controllers.
UEFI First Enables UEFI option ROM first. (Default)
Legacy only Enables legacy option ROM only.
This item is configurable only when CSM Support is set to Enabled.

This another place you can look.

PCI Express Configuration
This section provides you with configuration options for the PCI Express bus, such as enabling/disabling
a specific PCI Express channel and speed configuration.

Other than that there isn't much to help you in the book.
