http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125802&nm_mc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel&cm_mmc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel-_-Content-_-text-_-Just got it...this fan "revving up and down" every 4-5 seconds is making me wanna vomit...i wanted to set a manual speed where it was just a constant speed like other cards but brand new to this windforce/ OC tech stuff... is it better to set a manual speed scale or let it run like this?...sounds like the motor would burn out from revving up and down so much. Dont know if it matters but I have a i5 4670 quad with 16 gb ddr3, a raidmax 535 psu, a hyper 212 evo heat sink and a big Enermax Ostrog GT case.
EDIT: I found and followed timtimtims advice on page 2 and used his manual settings. idle no gaming is at 25 c and no up and down whine. Wanted to leave in case someone else had this issue.Thanks Timtimtim!!
