motherboard ga-8s649mf no Q-Flash utility
« on: January 23, 2016, 09:57:46 pm »
Hi,

id like to flash the Bios of my motherboard ga-8s649mf, but it has no option to start the Q-Flash utility(Inside the BIOS), even if i press end while starting, it wont work.

Does anybody know something about that problem?

Furthermore i have a problem to extract the data from the new Biosupdate.ISO File.
http://support.ts.fujitsu.com/quicksearchresult.asp?lng=COM&strFTS=Treiber&SearchFor=GA-8S649MF

Its simply not visible, even if i change all necessary folder options. I tried several programms like "IsoBuster" "ultraIso" ....but the Folder, where the BIOS file should be, stays empty

Hope someone can help me, im desperate :(
Kind Regards
Lump

775?  Is that a Prescott CPU...  Whoa, taking us all back now :)

I tried to open F6F.... Its empty  :(  You need to contact Fujitsu as this is an OEM product.

Can speak to any of the boards features.  No documentation on the Gigabyte website I could find.

I only saw SiS 648FX, then 661.  SiS made a 649 chipset, but its no where on Gigabytes UK website...  maybe buried elsewhere?
