Hello guys just would like a bit of info or possible update on when my board will get Carrizo Support Bio Update
The GA-F2A78M-D3H (rev. 4.0) got it on the 2015/12/24 with bios update FCe. The "rev 3.0" version hasn't had a bios update since 2015/05/07 update F5e for Godavari support. And I know there are still some issues in that Bios, mostly CPU over heating whilst in bios and some issues when trying to overclock. I'm hoping when Gigabyte do these "updates" for new cpu's they also bug fix and performance fix, not just code for new cpu. But hey only ever used Gigabyte for last 7 years and been very happy since every other board I seem to get always dies on my (cough cough asus) Any way thought I'd ask hopefully gets update soon, since I'm upgrading and passing my system down to my 12year old son and will be putting a Carrzio cpu in.
