GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB compatibility to PCI-E 2.0

Hi guys, i am just wondering if that graphic card GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB will work with an old board GA-X48-DS5 ?
The problem i see is that graphic card is PCI-E 3.0 but mb is 2.0. Will that be a problem ?

Hello,  I,m navigating for the same issue, my pc is hp z200, I found that pcie 3.0 is backward compatible with older pcie versions, what you should notice is your psu, and my main issue now is bios uefi compatabilty, so if your board legacy bios and does'nt support uefi then you should make sure before you buy, why isn't there clear comparison list shows ghraphics cards bios only or uefi only or both, I've been searching for days and the info is not easy to know, I want to buy gt 740 for my z200, if any one has the answer please help

I don't see any BIOS's available for the gt740.  You can try it, but don't know if it will work.
