So basically today i noticed like a reving sound while the pc is idling,
So i took the window off my case and noticed that the fan on the right hand side of the 980Ti is reving up and then stopping any ideas on whats causing this, the Card idles at like 58 degrees too which im sure isn't right, My PC case is the NZXT H440, i know the card has a start stop software so it starts the fans when needs be but surely is shouldnt be reving up like this??? Its only the one fan doing this as well the others are spinning as normal
