If I install a 6850K processor, can I then install the Samsung 950 (boot drive) and a Intel 750 pciexpress. (Games storage)
or should I use Intel 750 as boot, and Samsung 950 as storage for games?

Go to Gigabyte they have a list on what M.2 & SSD that board supports. Plus this is up to you but there is really no boost in the SSD for games. On installing the CPU it doesn't matter that board supports a lot more stuff vs the older ones. You should be fine with what ever CPU you put in.

ok, I'll go with the 6800K and a Samsung 950. Normal SSD for the games. will save me a few hundred dollars.

Just get reg SSD for the games. I myself use WD raptors 600gb 10,000 rpm drives for my games.
