Problem with updating bios GA-B75-d3v

I have a problem with updating bios for Gigabyte GA-B75-d3v ( F5 version). I download bios drivers ( F13 version) from this website http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4151#bios. But when I used q-flash I had something like: " Bios ID check error".

So I used autoupdate from internet system ( Biosrun ) but it download the F9 version. Evrything was ok but after reboot PC I had problem with starting windows 10 exactly: "inaccessible boot device". Moreover I noticed that in boot options one option disappeared: " windows boot manager". I update to older version and tried again but manually. Result ? The same.

Additionally Im using SSD+HDD. So how can I update bios from F5 to newest version ?

I've had the exact same problem with the B16 release. When I reverted to the B15 release, the hardware monitor worked. In fact, the fan speed control doesn't work at all in B16, and in B15 it does work.
I have a GA-Z170M-D3H motherboard on Win 10 x64.

Gigabyte BIOS downloads are in the form of an .exc file. The .exc file is a compressed file, as are most downloads, that
are used in order to facilitate easier transmission of files over the internet.

The .exc file is a self extracting file. You must run the .exc file to decompress it. If you don't you will not be using the BIOS file.

You may be just erasing the BIOS, without having the new BIOS ready to install.

I suggest you read the manual on how to recover from a bad flash.

If you try to install a BIOS for another model board, a checksum error might display.

Ensure the BIOS file you download applies to the exact model and revision 1.x, 2.x, etc. of the board you own. They are not interchangeable.
