As there's pretty much no support from the official gigabyte support team and the guy who should be providing technical support in Melbourne is not answering the phone, I guess that's my last resort...
Bought Gigabyte P55 v5 three months ago (GTX 970M), ever since I'm having these odd issues with FPS dropping when GPU is under performance, the fps drops even under moderate performance (like Dota2).
I recorded what happens when I run a benchmark on ultra (same happens if I run it on basic settings). So basically my laptop switches the power plan mode randomly as it shows that battery isn't being charged although it's plugged in. If I remove the charger and set it on high performance power plan it doesn't occur, yet the FPS are lower compared to laptop plugged in.

Please guys, any suggestions are appreciated, is it a charger issue, video card or software?
