Hi guys;
i am planning on building a new skylake build and have been searching around for a good motherboard. I have been using Gigabyte motherboards Since Pentium 4 days, and never had any issues.
Last year i build my nephew a skylake build and used the Z170X Gaming 3 and it was great. Now i am looking to build one for myself and i was tossing between the Gaming 3 or the Gaming 7.
The main reason i am leaning towards the Gaming 7 is for the Sound blaster sound-card, and being a pc gamer since the 90s the title "Sound Blaster" makes me all tingling inside.
I did a google search about the quality of the sound, and was surprised with the amount of users complaining about sound issues. The threads were from a year ago.
I am just wondering does this board have issues with sound or has everything been ironed out with drivers and bios updates.
