how to disable thunderbolt from bios on Gigabyte z170x Gaming 7

Noob question. How do I disable thunderbolt from the bios. I'm receiving a BF debug code. Thanks in advance.

Uninstalling the device and its driver from windows might remove it from the BIOS.
