I got a old GA-H61M-DS2 with Pentium CPU on it and I tried to install system from USB disk. Then I discovered that while booting, only devices plugged in to USB ports on the left side (the individual two) can be recognized. Either the two on the right side (below LAN socket) or front panel cannot be used. This is for any USB devices include USB keyboard. Is that normal? If not, how can I configure it to make every port (or at least all of them on the rear panel) available? Thanks!
