This happens in BIOS version F5 and F6, this happens no matter what settings I use in Smart Fan 5 through the BIOS, even the default ones. To clarify this happens to all fans attached to the motherboard including the CPU fan.
Only way to calm the fans down right now is restarting or booting after a shut down.
Is this happening to anyone else?
