Itś about a DIY Desktop with a brandnew Z270X UG MB. No OS installed yet.
Ubuntu 16.04.2 LTS amd64 iso installed on bootable USB-stick.
GRUB will be loaded.
Choosing one of the GRUB menu-options results in a reboot. (loop)
BIOS-SETTINGS:
BIOS -> FAST-BOOT -> Disabled
BIOS -> BOOT option #1 uefi 8.07 , #2 uefi 8.03 partion ,#3 genral USB reader
BIOS -> WINDOWS 8/10 FEATURES -> Other OS
Any thoughts?
(SOLVED): It was my old Nvidia GT9800XT Graphics Card. Itś now in the trashbin
