I purchased the Gigabyte z270 gaming motherboard in May and since I have installed it I have been getting a hiss thorough the back of the motherboard. I am using the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro Studio Headphones and I don't think they are the issue as they are fine from other sources. The hiss also seams to get louder and turn into a squeak when the PC is under load.
Is is a common issue and is there any resolution apart from a RMA as it's an extremely irritating I but, I don't want to be without a working PC for a prolonged time.
How long do RMAs typically take?
