Updating The Backup BIOS

I would like to know how to update the backup bios on the aorus z720 motherboards? I'm currently using the  GA-Z270X-Gaming K7 (rev. 1.0). I have just updated to the F7 latest bios but was wondering if the backup is automatically backed up or will I have to manually back it up?

To get more information about your BIOS files, press F9 during POST which should load a separate screen with BIOS information. 

I've not needed to synchronize the BIOS revs on primary and secondary chips myself.  ALT+F10 should allow you to synchronize the BIOS chips.  I offer the following caution.

Certain BIOS revisions do not allow you to revert to an earlier version (easily).  Recommend you are completed confident about your rev before committing.  One of the only reasons not to keep an earlier BIOS rev on one chip would be if your CPU is not supported, otherwise this is not a problem. 

If your board has BIOS switches, both BIOS must be enabled in order to synchronize using the ALT+F10 method during POST.
