Hi I wonder if anyone has the same issue, I have built up my PC from scratch and i have installed:
AMD 2 x250 processor 3.0 GHz
PCI 5570 Graphic card 1GB
Sony optical DVD RW drive
Seagate 500gb sata hard drive
500w AT X power supply
Geil Black Dragon 2GB DDR2 PC 8500 1066Mhz
Ellite 330 Tower case.
Also the mother board as mention on the subject.
ALL these items are brand new nothing at all is second hand.
My problem is when I installed the Processor unit and the graphic card and also the System fan without connecting the drives and ram ALL WAS OK, i got a beep from the system ( which meant that the drives and ram where not connected) this was a test to see if i had installed these parts correctly.
Now that i have installed the hard drive, dvd drive without the Ram. the system failed to boot up. i mean at least the processor fan and system fine should still spin as before. i was surprised that i got just 2 seconds of spin from the fans and there was no power at all. I can't understand , surely i have the right equipment connected.
CAN ANYONE HELP!! desperate in need of assistance
