P55-USB3 Maximum Bus Setting PCI Express 2.0 x8

Hello Forum,
I have a problem with the PCI-E speed.
ATI Catalyst reports:
Maximum Bus Setting   PCI Express 2.0 x8   
I have a Radeon 5870 installed.
Same result with GPU-Z.
Installed new Chipset drivers.
How can I get x16?
I have in the topmost slot (PCIEX1_1) a TV-Card.

Its possible that the info about the link speed is incorrect as I have two cards in a P55 myself and they should be running in x8 x8 mode yet GPU-Z lists one card at x16 and the other x8 which is not possible due to limitations of a P55 setup, but NVIDIA however lists it correctly.

For your board you can only have one PCI Express 2.0 x16 but if “Turbo USB3.0” is enable or set to auto in the BIOS that slot will drop to x8 so if you disable it then it will run at x16.
