I am seeking to purchase a Gigabyte GA-81865GME-775 or up rated replacement motherboard complete with Intel processor.

That's an oldie...Why do you want the same board? Where do you live?

I live in Antigua in the Caribbean, but have access to the USA when purchasing consumer items. I do not necessarily want to purchase the identical motherboard, but a suitable replacement requiring little or no modifications to my system will suffice.

If it is not for sale in the shops or can be ordered, you will have to buy it second hand.. try Ebay or Buy/Sell/exchange forums..
