CPU (not the cores) Temp 80-82 with 770TA-UD3 or MA770-UD3

There's been a long thread about this issue in an Israeli forum

I bet you won't understand a thing, besides for it being very long.

The point is, this guy was using the MA770-UD3 rev 2.0 with the 720BE.. core temperatures reporting just fine but the general temp (TCase?) was permanent 80-82 Celsius.
The solution he found was updating the BIOS to version FD, it was a little obvious to do since it mentions "CPU ID Update" regarding his CPU. So the problem was solved.

Anyways.. Now it seems it (BIOS update) can't solve the problem all the time.

770TA-UD3 using X4 955 or X4 945.. results with the same 80-82 Celsius issue. Only difference is- he's using BIOS version F2. There is F3 but it only mentions an update about 6-Core processors.

I believe this is a problem of the software being used. It is obtaining information from a sensor that is not active on these motherboards, and should be ignored.

If I run "CPUID Hardware monitor" with my 770TA-UD3, the temperature for sensor TMPIN2 always reads 80c, right from switch on.
All readings are correct with the Gigabyte EasyTune 6 software.

No offence but did you even read my post?
I said it was Tcase and it was clearly the CPU, also, it was solved by a BIOS update. It is not "TMPIN" or whatever.
