Replacement Hybrid Silent-Pipe module

Hello, I own an GA-X58A-UD7 motherboard. I have damaged my Hybrid Silent-Pipe module during installation and need another one. Bascially a family member had stepped on it.  I have searched the internet for hours and can't seem to find out how to get one. I also seem to have lost the screws to mount the Hybrid Silent-Pipe module I cannot find them anywhere. Please help.

Thank you Dark Mantis. I just did. I have a €4000 computer setup sitting there idle because I am scared it will overheat. Hope that he can help.

I am not sure if they understood. They wanted snap shots of all the parts i wanted. I sent the pics. They didn't answer back. When I mailed again and asked what was going on they said they were sending screws in the mail. There's no point in getting the screws if they cannot send me another heat-pipe. So now I am spending 8.60 Euros to have 4 screws shipped because they only send to UK and I had to use a delivery service to get the parts to where I live. I thought they would send the heat-pipe along with it. This is starting to get frustrating!!

Current MCH Temp while idling in BIOS is 58 degrees C. Is that going to overheat??

Firstly are you sure that it is not just a communication error? Maybe it will not be just the four screws. I would email them again and state your case and even if they haven't sent the "Hybrid silent heat-pipe module"(make sure that you refer to it by that name only) maybe they will realise the mistake was theirs and send one gratis anyway.

 Sorry I forgot to answer your heat question. Although as a quiesent tempreature it is rather high I would suggest that just putting the hetapipe module on will only help the problem. I don't know what case/fans etc cooling  system you are using but maybe you could add some extra air past the appropriate spot whether temporary or permanent.

The case is a Corsair Obsidian 800D. I am using the corsiar H50 water cooler for the CPU. Fan on radiator is blowing to the inside of the case. And there are 3 120mm fans blowing air out the top. Also using 2 ATI Radeon 5970 cards in X-fire. That's why I want the heat pipe replacement urgently. What place would be the best for the extra fan to direct the cooling to?

Yes I see what you mean. Do you not have any other fans pushing air into the case? That means that you only have one fan blowing warm air into the case even though you have adequate fans pulling air out. With the two 5970s also heating up the inside I am not suprised that you have a bit of a heat problem. Try adding a fan from the side pushing air in towards the Northbridge section. it will also serve to cool the coils etc which must be getting fairly warm.

I have just checked out the recommended airflow for your case and by putting the H50 watercooler on with the fan blowing into the case you have disrupted the optimum flow. You would be better to change the fan to expel air if you can.  You can see what I mean on this video:

It lowered the temp by 5 degrees C. So that did help. Thanks for the advice! Now if I could just get that replacement heat-pipe cooler in for the Northbridge.

i wouldn't be afraid because of that level of mch temp.
and this pipe module is used for better results when overclocking only
