I hate to have to make my first post that of complaint after being Gigabyte customer of over 10 years.
But this is unacceptable customer service / relations.
Can anyone help please?
I have been trying to get response from anyone at Gigabyte for the nearly 2 weeks starting with an initial ticket raised at "esupport.gigabyte.com". To which I've only gotten a blanket response.

I am still within the 3 years and I was wondering has the site URL changed?
