In the tab "Driver, Chipset" appeared on Windows 10, 64 bit (DCH) there are drivers:

Intel INF installation (Note) Win10 ver.1709 \ ver.1803 supported and Intel Management Engine Interface (Note) Win10 ver.1709 \ ver .1803 supported.

What is this version of Windows DCH?

Moreover, according to the checksum, these drivers are the same as "no DCH" versions..

That explains a lot but the most important thing is not: having a regular computer at home with Windows 10 x64 which drivers should be installed with DCH or without DCH, and if that does not change why Gigabyte placed them separately?

DHC controllers are directed to OEMs. At home, it is recommended to use controllers without DHC marking.
